I have stayed at this hotel several times now. the rooms are modern and clean. the staff provide excellent service and are always friendly. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast selection. Both thai and international options are fresh and tasty.

the air conditioning malfunctioned twice . this resulted in water puddles in the bathroom. i nearly slipped as a result one night and tried to contact the manager but nobody was available to assist at the time.

the staff exhibited inflexibility . they were unaccommodating regarding outside food delivery to the room. i was charged for minor things other hotels usually don't charge for.. this occurred more than once. for the price paid, i found their treatment unsatisfactory.

The location was great. It was easy to reach local restaurants and bars. I had a nice room with a garden pool. The room was very clean, and the private garden and pool were well maintained.

The air conditioning stopped working twice? This left puddles in the bathroom. I almost slipped one night. I complained but the manager was not available, and there was no follow up.
